Popular rapper King Kaka has revealed a misdiagnosis at a hospital caused his serious illness.

He was speaking while at an interview with radio and TV personality Willy M Tuva where he openly indicated that if it were not for the misdiagnosis, he would be all smiles and healthy.

The star was hospitalized for about three months after getting ill to a disease he is yet to disclose. He was however discharged from the hospital and is on a journey to recover fully.

In the interview, Kaka said that the doctors gave him the wrong medications for a wrong disease leading to his deterioration of health and it was when he started getting weak day by day.

“I was sick like four months ago. I went to a hospital and a doctor misdiagnosed me, mwili ikaanza kujikula pole pole na nikaanza kulose weight,” King Kaka Said.

He also revealed that before taking the wrong medications he weighed 85kgs, but after and when he was admitted to the hospital, he was weighing 62kgs.

“Ilifika mahali nikaanza kulose weight pole pole, sielewi nilikuwa 85 but by the time nilikuwa naenda hospitali kulazwa, I was 62,” he added.

The star further said that he opted not to sue the hospital for such acts as he is a forgiving person and even ignored if such happened and got to another hospital for treatment.

“Mi huwanga mtu wa kusameheana sana, nikasema nitafute treatment kwingine, makosa sometimes si mtu apanga.. unasameheana unatafuta suluhisho kwingine,” Kaka told the interviewer.

Kaka said that whatever he went through he wishes that no one else could ever go through. He credited his wife Nana Owiti for always being there for him during the battle.

“Mke wangu amepigana sana, sometimes nilikuwa nalose nguvu ya kiakili, but she kept saying it would be okay, make wangu alinipea nguvu sana ya kiakili,” Kaka said.
