Even as she embraced the world of influencing on social media during the pandemic, the East fm presenter kept expressing her passion and quest to return to grace our tv screens.

And on June 21, she made a comeback to the tv screens after she grabbed a Friday prime time news slot in the revamped Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) Channel 1 news.

She will be hosting the Easy Friday news segment.

An elated Shiksha announced her return to tv by posting a photo while posing in front of a KBC signboard outside the offices of the national broadcaster, setting twitter ablaze.

She is part of the team tasked with attracting more audiences to watch KBC news that had been grappling with low viewership due to years of mismanagement and underfunding.
