Ebru TV announced on Wednesday that it had terminated the services of activist Benji Ndolo.

Ndolo had been hosting My Government current affairs show on Ebru TV until his sacking, according to a statement released by the Turkish tv station.

Ebru, which operates under Everest Production Corporation Limited Kenya, said it fired the activist due to “his ill-mannered behavior, verbal abuse and breach of the company policy".

Ebru, however, falls short of mentioning what Ndolo did exactly to warrant the termination of his contract as a casual, only saying he had “defamed the company to cover his own faults.”

Here is the termination letter as posted by Ebru on their official Twitter handle:

However, in a rejoinder, Ndolo was defiant and this is what he posted on Twitter:

He was backed by Kate Actress, real name Catherine Kamau, who recounted pay issues she allegedly experienced while working for the TV station in 2014.
