Renowned artist George Malowa who has gained popularity under the name Mkenya Daima Mkenya has died.

Mkenya dies at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) where he was receiving treatment.

He has been suffering from a rare type of cancer that occurs in the bones or in the soft tissues called Ewing Sarcoma.
