Aaron Kipkurui, a casual labourer hailing from Kipkelion, has been announced as the latest recipient of the Sh1 million grand prize in Coca-Cola Kenya’s ongoing ‘Kachingching na Coke’ promotion.

This substantial win marks him as the second millionaire to emerge from the campaign, which aims to provide financial relief to Kenyans.

Overwhelmed by his win, Kipkurui expressed profound gratitude and joy.

"For a long time, I have struggled to put food on the table for my family. Employment has been a big pain point for me. When I received the call, I could not believe it when I received the news that I had won Sh1 million," Kipkurui said.

"This is a life-changing moment for me and my family. I am incredibly grateful to Coca-Cola for this opportunity. It will truly make a difference in my life and that of my family."

The ‘Kachingching na Coke’ promotion, which began in May, has been distributing cash prizes ranging from Sh50 to Sh1 million.

The campaign has already seen two winners, with eleven more millionaires yet to be named in the forthcoming weeks, promising more chances for participants to win significant amounts.

Theuri Chege, Country Manager for Coca-Cola Kenya, expressed the company’s joy in witnessing the positive impact of the promotion.

"We are delighted to see our ‘Kachingching na Coke’ promotion bringing joy and financial relief to our consumers," Chege stated

"Aaron's win is a testament to the excitement and hope this campaign is generating across the country. Coca-Cola is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of Kenyans, and this promotion is one of the ways we are achieving that."

Participation in the promotion is straightforward as consumers are required to purchase Coca-Cola beverages in 200ml, 300ml, and 500ml returnable glass bottles.

Under the metal crown of each bottle, a unique code is found, which must be sent via SMS to 40111 to enter the draw for cash prizes.

The participating beverage brands include Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Krest, Stoney, and Schweppes.

Coca-Cola Kenya continues to encourage consumers to take part in the promotion, highlighting that there are still ample opportunities to win.

With 11 more millionaires to be created, Coca-Cola Kenya says the excitement surrounding the ‘Kachingching na Coke’ promotion remains vibrant and eagerly anticipated by many across the nation.
