Absa Bank Kenya has revealed that more than 98 per cent of financial transactions by its customers are happening on its digital platforms, away from the physical branch network.

This was revealed by Absa Bank Kenya Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Yusuf Omari as the Kenyan financial institution released its full year results for the 2023 Financial Year.

In an interview with Swala Nyeti, Omari revealed that Absa will invest more in expanding its digital infrastructure in the 2024 fiscal year as it expands its branch network to cater to various segments in need of especially advisory services.
