Effective immediately, the Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK) is transitioning to a fully digital payment system, requiring all customers to utilize the E-Citizen platform for transactions.

This move aligns with a recent Presidential directive aimed at streamlining government services and enhancing efficiency.

"Postal Corporation of Kenya wishes to inform our esteemed customers and the public that payments of all Postal services shall now be made through the E-Citizen platform," PCK stated in a statement,

"This follows the Presidential directive to deactivate all existing Paybills and onboard all government services on the E-citizen platform to ensure efficient service delivery."

Previously, payments for PCK services were handled through various Paybill numbers.

However, the government's initiative seeks to consolidate all government services into the singular E-Citizen platform, offering a centralized and convenient access point for citizens.

With this shift, PCK joins the growing wave of government agencies embracing digital transformation, offering citizens a more streamlined and efficient way to access essential services.

By leveraging the E-Citizen platform, PCK aims to not only enhance customer experience but also contribute to the broader national digitalization agenda.
