Stanbic Bank Kenya has been named Kenya’s Best Investment Bank at the 2025 Euromoney Awards for Excellence, cementing its position at the forefront of the country’s corporate finance and investment landscape.
The recognition, awarded under the prestigious Euromoney platform, acknowledges the bank’s Corporate Investment Banking division for steering landmark transactions across energy, infrastructure, and capital markets.
It also highlights Stanbic’s efforts to broaden access to finance and strengthen its advisory offerings for businesses operating in Kenya.
While commenting on the achievement, Stanbic Bank Kenya and South Sudan Chief Executive Dr Joshua Oigara said the recognition reflected the collective efforts of the bank’s teams and the confidence of its clients.

The award adds to a total of 26 honours secured by the Standard Bank Group across Africa in 2025—more than any other financial institution on the continent.
These accolades include some of the most coveted titles in the financial services industry, such as Africa’s Best Bank and Africa’s Best Investment Bank.
Offering further perspective on the win, Stanbic Bank Kenya’s Head of Investment Banking Brian Wambani emphasised the importance of aligning with evolving client demands.
