The exclusive Emerald Platform accords top-tier Safaricom customers improved roaming services, e-SIM technology, seamless payments, and post pay plans among other benefits.
The platform’s customers will also get invites to high-profile networking and lifestyle events as part of Safaricom’s pledge to customer obsession and delivering tailored experiences.
