This prestigious accolade, awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI), highlights Samsung's unwavering dedication to safeguarding user information in an increasingly interconnected world.

ISO 27001, a hallmark of excellence established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is the benchmark for information security management systems (ISMSs).

This standard meticulously guides organisations in systematically managing risks associated with information assets and achieving their information protection objectives.

Samsung’s journey to certification involved meeting a rigorous set of 123 detailed requirements, including stringent policies for information security, access controls, and incident response protocols.

Commenting on the achievement, Harold Pradal, President of Assurance Services at BSI, noted, “The importance of cloud technology and information protection is increasing in a rapidly changing business environment.
