Global smart device manufacturer OPPO has announced plans to launch its latest mobile phone line, the Reno8 T, in Kenya in a few days’ time.

OPPO brags that the latest addition to the Reno series comes with an improved ultra-clear imaging system, stylish design, powerful performance, and an all-round smooth experience to its user.

The Reno8 T range of devices will come with both the 4G and 5G options.

OPPO Kenya has settled on celebrity singers Nameless, Willy Paul and Nadia Mukami as the brand ambassadors of the forthcoming Reno8 T, which is set to be unveiled online on February 16, 2023.

OPPO Reno8 T 5G comes packed with a 108MP camera, the first in the Reno series, to harness the creative potential of its user.

The Reno8 T 5G device also comes with an exclusive 40x Microlens feature that empowers the user to zoom in on the micro details in their surroundings and capture stunning images.


The smartphone has a premium screen display and 3D curved design offering a combination of style and innovation for a more luxurious feel.

Its optimized screen offers comfortability due to its slim bezels and hand-friendly curved design making it more suitable for watching movies and playing games.


The Reno8 T also comes with a fiberglass-leather design giving the device an ultra-premium feel and look and OPPO has removed the plastic edging and replaced it with a new leather stitching pattern.

Reno8 T also comes packed with the industry’s first Orbit Light hidden inside the camera module further supplementing its premium presence while providing more functional features.
