Following a successful launch of its smart watch in Kenya last year, Oppo has introduced a line of new wearable smart devices line with the launch of the Oppo Band.
The Oppo Band is available in both Basic Sport and Style versions and the basic sport version in black colour will initially retail in Kenya at Sh5,999 from Jumia and all Oppo brand stores.
The band starts selling on May 20 on a Sh3,999 offer for the first 100 customers purchasing it on Jumia, with the offer set to run until May 23 or until the first 100 Bands are sold.
The new Oppo Band features a continuous blood oxygen monitoring function, which monitors blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) for every second when one is asleep.

It also boasts of 12 workout modes and other convenient functions, perfect for active, quick-paced lifestyles, with an aesthetic 1.1-inch full-color AMOLED screen.
The Oppo Band can also work as an extension of the user’s smartphone as they can receive messages, call notifications, control music playback, and even track their mobile phones.
The Band also uses a high-performance, low-power processor and comes with a large 100mAh battery that can be fully charged in 1.5 hours.
