In a bid to enhance convenience for its clients, the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced the opening of all its offices on Saturday, from 8 am to 1 pm.

This special opening aims to facilitate the collection of essential documents, including logbooks, number plates, and smart driving licenses (DLs).

"To facilitate our clients beyond the normal operation days (Monday to Friday), all NTSA offices will be opened on Saturday, 2nd March 2024, from 8 am to 1 pm for collection of LOGBOOKS, NUMBER PLATES and SMART DLS," stated  NTSA in a statement.

Clients who have received SMS notifications are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to visit their designated NTSA office and retrieve their awaited documents.

"We urge our esteemed clients who have received SMS notifications to visit the NTSA office identified during the application process and collect NUMBER PLATES, LOGBOOKS and SMART DLS," the statement read further.
