President William Ruto has pledged to expedite the issuance of title deeds, aiming to enable individuals and families to access loans and initiate life-changing projects.
During a development tour of Isiolo and Meru Counties, the President also unveiled measures to bolster agricultural production and infrastructure development.
Addressing the need for improved service delivery, President Ruto asserted, "We promised improved service delivery, and this is one of the ways we are keeping our word."
He emphasized the importance of title deeds, as they would empower citizens to access financial resources and improve their livelihoods.
The President led the issuance of title deeds to the residents of Etoro Ltungai in Isiolo and Ruiri-Rwarera in Meru County.

These vital documents will enable the recipients to access loans, which, in turn, can be invested in various life-improving ventures.
President Ruto highlighted the Government's commitment to enhancing food production nationwide. One of the measures to achieve this is the implementation of a subsidized fertilizer program.
"The subsidized fertilizer program will further lower the cost of fertilizer to Sh2,500 down from the current Sh3,500 a bag, currently," Ruto announced.
By reducing the cost of fertilizers, the Government aims to support farmers and boost overall agricultural output.
"Increasing our food production is the most sustainable way to eradicate hunger and ease the cost of living," Ruto stated.
The President's emphasis on agricultural development indicates a priority to enhance the nation's food security and affordability.
During the tour of Isiolo County, President Ruto launched the paving of Isiolo Town Roads and announced plans for the modernization of the town.
This initiative comes in response to the region's growing population and the need for improved infrastructure.
"We will enhance the roads within the town, upgrade security, and fix the sewerage lines. This will elevate the town's profile and accelerate the growth of businesses in the area," he expressed.
The President further disclosed the Government's commitment to elevate Isiolo Hospital to Level 5 status, aiming to better address the healthcare needs of the region.
The healthcare upgrade is expected to improve medical facilities and services available to the local community.
In Meru County, President Ruto inaugurated the 21-Kilometer Isiolo-Ruiri Road, which is set to facilitate the seamless movement of people and farm produce to markets.
The road infrastructure project is expected to boost connectivity, support economic activities, and promote regional development.
Accompanying the President during the tour were Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Cabinet Secretaries Zacharia Njeri (Lands), Kipchumba Murkomen (Roads), and Mithika Linturi (Agriculture), as well as Governors Kawira Mwangaza (Meru) and Adbi Guyo (Isiolo), among other leaders.
