Senate Majority Whip Irungu Kang’ata on Monday posted a cryptic message on social media on what seems like his impending replacement in Tuesday’s Parliamentary Group meeting.
Jubilee Party on Monday sent out an invite to all Senators to attend the PG slated for Tuesday at Kenya International Convention Center (KICC).
Sources say Kang’ata could be replaced during the Tuesday PG after his fallout with his party after his provocative open letter to President Uhuru Kenyatta on BBI popularity in Mt Kenya region.

Kang’ata last month wrote an open letter to Kenyatta telling him majority of residents of Mt Kenya region were hostile to the Building Bridges Initiative and would reject it in a referendum.
