Revellers at a popular Kitengela strip club had their fun-filled night come to an abrupt end after police officers stormed the joint and arrested the manager.
The police raided the establishment known as Motherland, which also doubles as a brothel along the busy Namanga highway on Saturday at about 1 am following a public uproar from residents of the area.
The Kajiado County Liquor and Alcohol Licensing Board chairperson Jonah Marapash accompanied the police officers during the swoop and found a beehive of activities at the establishment which involved naked women entertaining revellers.
Much to the surprise of the police officers and Marapash, there were also some live sex orgies going on at the moment against the background of blaring music.
The police immediately arrested a woman who was managing the establishment at the moment.

However, they missed the woman who owns the club yet again, After several such attempts failed following the woman’s cat-and-mouse game she engages the officers in the past.
Revellers were ordered out of the establishment under the watchful eye of the Kitengela OCS David Ole Shani before Marapash ordered the closure of the club.
Some revellers were found abusing such drugs as bhang publicly at the joint that attracts youthful revellers during the weekends.
One reveller who just went to bear witness to rumours about the club described the events happening at the joint as immoral.
"I came for the first day to confirm the rumours. It is barbaric, immoral and unacceptable in the society. Relevant authorities ought to have moved with speed to stop it immediately it started operating," he said.
Marapash later revealed the establishment has been operating without the relevant licences.
He also gave his account of what he has witnessed at the club also terming it as the immorality of the highest order.
"I went in myself and witnessed immorality of the highest order. The owner has been operating without any license from the board. The board has not issued any license to a striping club across the county. I have ordered the closure of the club," Marapash said.
He said they will work in conjunction with the police in the execution of such raids on similar establishments to restore the dignity of the people.
The manager who was arrested during the swoop will be arraigned in court on Monday to answer to charges of operating a strip club, contrary to the law.
