Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga has appointed Kithure Kindiki’s brother, Isaiah wa Kindiki, as the coalition’s deputy national chief agent ahead of the August election.

Raila appointed Isaiah on Sunday immediately after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) cleared him and his running mate Martha Karua to contest in the August election.

Among other people, Raila named include Saitabo Sanchori as the National Chief Agent during the election and his deputies Carolyne Karugu, Oduor Ong’wen and Paul Mwangi.

“Mr Chairman, I want to inform you that I have appointed lawyer Saitabao Sanchory as a national chief agent, he will be deputised…the National Chief Agent by one Dr Carolyne Karugu and Professor Isaiah wa Kindiki, and then finally Dr Oduor Ongwen. My legal advisor, Paul Mwangi,"

Isaiah’s appointment comes within a day of Kenya Kwanza Alliance presidential candidate William Ruto naming his brother Kithure as his Chief Agent in the August election.

Apparently, Isaiah, like his younger brother Kithure is also a professor and an ardent supporter of Raila while his brother is Ruto’s supporter.
