The presidential bid of Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga has gotten a boost after leaders, elders and opinion leaders of the Maa community in Narok County unanimously their weight behind him.
This comes after a meeting was held in Ololulunga on Saturday morning during Raila's tour in Narok County.
The leaders said the country needs a leader who will build it and not one who has the potential to destroy it and the community will be safe in Azimio la Umoja.

Speaking during the event, the Chair Maasai Council of Elders Keleina Ole Nchoe said Raila loves the Maa community and is the only person who can protect the community's economic interest.
He urged the Maa not to gamble with their votes and rally behind the ODM leader.
"This is the candidate who loves the Maa community and we will not gamble with our votes," Ole Nchoe said.
The elders said they will support Raila because he never abandoned the community during the time they were fighting to conserve the Mau forest.
In a joint communique, the Maa community acknowledged the role Raila has played in shaping the political landscape in Kenya.
They acknowledged him for his fight for a just society for both men and women.
The leaders also hailed Raila as the father of devolution and opined he was best placed to strengthen the idea should he be given the chance.
Leaders from Narok County and other counties flanked Raila during his visit to the region.
Senator Ledama Olekina, CS Keriako Tobiko, PS Charles Sunkuli, MPs Memusi Kanchori and Moitalel Ole Kenta are among the leaders from Narok who attended the meeting.
Other leaders included Peter Kenneth, Nderity Mutiithi, Junet Mohamed, Kanini Kega among others.
