President Uhuru Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret Kenyatta hosted a state banquet for Hungarian President János Áder and his spouse Anita Herczegh.
The Áder is in the country for a four-day historic visit to Kenya, as he is the first Hungarian President to visit the country.

The visiting members of the Hungarian first family received an elaborate state reception on Monday, which included a twenty-one-gun salute by the Kenya Navy and a colourful Guard of Honor mounted by a detachment of the Kenya Airforce.
Uhuru hailed the strong bilateral ties between Kenya and Hungary and said economic cooperation, trade and investment drove largely the relationship.
The president also invited various leaders from different arms of the government to the banquet.
The former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka, Senator Gideon Moi, Senator Moses Wetangula, former vice president Musalia Mudavadi were among key politicians who graced the occasion.
Chief Justice Martha Koome was also in attendance as well as cabinet secretaries, governors, IG of police and other members of the diplomatic corps.
Deputy President William Ruto was however conspicuous in his absence from the banquet.
