A video clip of the ill-fated Pwani University bus that was involved in a grisly Kayole accident that claimed the lives of 14 people right before the crash has emerged.

A Twitter user who is believed to have captured the footage on their vehicle’s dash cam shared the video.

In the 25-second video footage, the speeding bus can be seen appearing on the horizon and causing two other vehicles to veer off the road before nearly ploughing into the vehicle that was recording.

Fourteen people have since been confirmed dead while several others sustained injuries from the morning accident that occurred on the busy Nairobi-Nakuru highway.

Those who sustained serious injuries were rushed to a nearby health facility for emergency medical attention.
