The suspect behind the kidnapping of a 4-year-old boy who went missing on June 2, 2021, has finally been apprehended.

Charles King’ori alias Delvin Maina was arrested after putting up spirited efforts to evade justice.

Detectives arrested Kin’gori on the streets of Naivasha town in the full glare of the public as he was trying to escape once again.

The long limbs of the law caught up with him as he tried to bolt away on a getaway motorbike.

The suspect had earlier escaped the detectives’ dragnet when they rescued the kidnapped child Liam Ngucwa Mwangi.

King’ori went to great lengths and visited a salon in Naivasha town to change his hairstyle to disguise himself.

He is currently in police custody as he awaits being charged in court for his offenses.
