According to the notice, a faulty transformer caused a critical fault in the building's system.

That has occasioned a delay in the delivery of services to NHIF members.

"We would like to inform our members that due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, the Power system at NHIF building suffered a critical fault occasioned by a faulty transformer which is affecting the delivery of various services to our members," NHIF said.

"Our teams are currently on site, and restoration of services is currently underway," NHIF said.
