A light aircraft carrying two passengers and a pilot crash-landed on a farm at Ewaat Village in Mauche area of Njoro, Nakuru County.


Nakuru County Police Commander Peter Mwanzo confirmed the Saturday afternoon incident that must have left the occupants of the aircraft shocked.

According to the aircraft’s pilot Joshua Kwam, the trio was headed to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve when the aircraft failed to advance, forcing him to make an emergency landing.

Mwanzo confirmed the pilot and his two foreign national passengers from Peru and France escaped from the incident safely.
