Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has welcomed another yet member to his family.

Khalwale took to his social media accounts to share the good news of the arrival of the little bundle of joy.

“Blessings in abundance. Last night at Nairobi Hospital, the long wait for reincarnation of my late wife Adelaide Shikanga Khalwale came to a happy end,” Khalwale wrote.

According to Khalwale’s post, the baby who was delivered at the Nairobi Hospital is his granddaughter, born to his son Tigana Khalwale on Monday night.

The little angel has been named after her grandmother, the politician’s late wife Adelaide Shikhanga Khalwale which is a popular practice among the people of Western Kenya.

“God blessed my family with CANDICE SHIKANGA KHALWALE. Congratulations @TKhalwale for filling the void left by ua mother's demise,” Khalwale wrote.

The doting grandpa also shared a beautiful photo of his sleeping granddaughter.
