The Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has pledged to go everywhere to campaign for Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga.

Kalonzo was affirming his earlier pledge during an interview with one of the local media houses on Monday.

He said he will support Raila’s presidential bid after they signed a coalition deal on Saturday during the Azimio la Umoja NDC, which was held on Saturday at the KICC.

Kalonzo said he prays Raila becomes president and will go to all lengths to ask Kenyans to vote for Raila.

"I pray that he becomes the next president and I will go everywhere to tell Kenyans, let us give it to this brother," Kalonzo said.

The former Vice President said they made a lot of deliberations and put their self ambitions aside and prioritised matters of the nations.

"The important question is what is in it for Kenyans some of us are that selfless. We do not go into it for personal gain. That's why I decided to say this for the third time, 'Raila Odinga Tosha', for the sake of the country," he said.

Kalonzo also confirmed they have put safeguards under the three-legged stool, which denotes the coalition pact between President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila and himself.

Kalonzo downplayed the question of who takes charge of Azimio la Umoja operations while Raila is out of the country on a working trip to the UK.

"I don't know about who takes charge, we have not even discussed this. I wish him well, I think he has very important engagements out there. For me the train has left the station and I see people in all parts of the country trying to fight for Raila and indeed we will all do the same thing," Kalonzo said.

Kalonzo once clarified that the name of the coalition is Azimio-One Kenya and that is the name under which the coalition will be registered.

"Going forward under the grand coalition, and the name for the avoidance of doubt is Azimio-One Kenya, which will be registered under the amended political parties act as coalition political party," he said.

Last Saturday Kalonzo put his presidential bid aside in favour of Raila and declared him Tosha during a rally at Jacaranda grounds in Nairobi.
