Deputy President William Ruto returns to the Mt.Kenya region for a week-long tour as he seeks to consolidate his fortunes in the vote-rich territory.

Ruto had earlier addressed a series of rallies in Thika town and Gatundu North constituencies selling his hustler narrative with the promise to overhaul the country's financial crisis.
