Detectives believe she was waiting for her Kenyan contact at the hotel to come and collect the consignment.

The Transnational and organised crime detectives acted on a tipoff that reported Halima’s suspicious activities through the toll-free ‘fichua kea DCI’ hotline.

She was arrested, placed in police custody and was processed for arraignment in court. The sleuths are still pursuing her accomplices.
