Fired Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Dr Ezekiel Mutua vowed to start a new venture in the entertainment industry and prove what he has been preaching to the youths in possible.

According to Mutua, he has plans to invest in the youths and come up with clean content where he would also identify and nurture talents.

“A voice deep inside is telling me to venture into the creative economy and practise what I preach–Invest in youths, create clean content, identify and nurture talent,” said Mutua.

Mutua plans to use the experience and knowledge he gained from the government while in office and come up with something creative and successful.

Mutua further noted that he would be keen and serious about fighting piracy and be on the first line in promoting the consumption of local content.

“I will use my experience in the Government and private sector to fight piracy and promote the consumption of local content,” he tweeted

A section of Kenyans has come out supporting his idea and concur his advice can be followed while some bashed him.

This comes a day after a section of Kenyans asked him to put his teachings into action.

Mutua has always told graduates to create more jobs to curb the increase of unemployment other than waiting to be employed.

In one of his tweets, Mutua told youths it’s time they created jobs other than sitting with their papers waiting for jobs to come into their hands.

“We need to transition from the idea of holding papers and waiting for job interviews to creating the jobs ourselves,” he said.

Well now, that Mutua has been fired and well jobless, all eyes are on him awaiting to see him created jobs and not wait to get employed.
