You have until Friday, July 16, 2021, to submit your expression of interest if you are a business proprietor intending to have a place at the newly built Green Park terminus.
The Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) announced plans to lease spaces at the terminus for commercial use or free public transport administrations.
According to the NMS plan, the space reserved for women and youth is 35 per cent, persons with disabilities will have 5 per cent while the remaining 60 per cent will be for the general population.
Eatery spaces, supermarkets spaces, shop spaces, ablution cleaning and management services, commercial office spaces, recreational establishments, vehicle cleaning services, filling station and servicing, cleaning services and advertising spaces are among the areas open for leasing.
Merchants who previously operated from the demolished Luna Park, firms or individuals who had expressed interest in renting a space at the Green Park terminus are exempted from applying.
