The Neno Evangelist founder and preacher is said to have obtained the money in April 2016 at the Neno Evangelism Center located at the Junction of Uhuru highway and Haile Selassie Avenue.

Ng'ang'a's application to keep the media at bay from the ongoing Sh. 3.2 million fraud case, has been rejected by the court.

The flamboyant man of God is not new to the corridors of justice as he was once charged with causing the death of a woman by dangerous driving in 2015.

The court acquitted him of the charge. The court's decision to acquit him angered many Kenyans who felt that justice was not served to the victim.
