Media personality and KTN News anchor Linda Oguttu has on Thursday, July 29 confirmed that she contracted the dreadful coronavirus.

Oguttu took to her Twitter account where she disclosed she is battling COVID-19 symptoms which according to her are ‘crazy’.

She also opened up about her health status and took the opportunity to encourage people to adhere to the COVID-19 rules set by the Ministry of Health in order to curb the spread.

“Just tested positive for COVID-19 and let me tell you Maina, the fever this thing comes with is crazy. No smell or taste. Tilapia from Europe tastes like a sponge (abomination). The whole body is in pain. You people should send Kaluma, Rob, soup. I am in pain. But seriously guys, mask up, sanitize,” read the tweet.

Her fans and colleagues joined in the comment section to wish her well as she fights the deadly virus.
