Renowned musician Wilson Ouma Opondo alias Willy Paul has allegedly sued Elvira Wambui Maina alias Miss P who accused him of allegedly sexually assaulting her several times.

In a statement released on Monday, Willy Paul said he had to take legal action against Miss P terming her allegations false and malicious and meant to damage his reputation.

According to Pozze, the former label mate allegedly created the whole story out of anger after he reportedly refused to date her.

He also alleged that the singer was in love with him and wanted a relationship but he declined her sait overtures.

“I’ve seen and heard all that’s been happening for the past few days on social media about a lady claiming to have been sexually assaulted by me. I’d like to let everyone know that this is a made-up story. This is a lady who’s deeply in love with me and is acting out of anger, we had our moments… but when she realised that I couldn’t give back the same love she made up a story that has really done a lot of damage to my good and clean brand. My lawyers are working on the case and very soon the truth will come out,” he wrote.

This comes days after the former Saldido International record signee explained that she quit the record label after Willy Paul allegedly forced her to have unprotected sex with him on several occasions.

She narrated the alleged ordeal while noting that when it became too much, she was forced to inform her mother who took her for a medical checkup and found that she was not pregnant.

The singer further narrated that things went back to normal after Paul made a visit to her home where he had a conversation with P’s mother on the allegations.

She revealed that at that time she was traumatized and was in a dilemma, trying to conclude whether to go back to the recording label or not.

“He forced me to have sex with him, not once not twice. I had to tell my mum because I had to get medical attention. I had to seek held and my mum helped me Alhamdulillah, otherwise at this very moment ningekua nimesha jifungua or I would be nine months pregnant. At that point, I was battling with thoughts whether to go back to the record label or not. Willy Paul later came home to talk to my mum and later things went on as nothing had happened,” she said.
