NCBA Group has announced the official launch of the NCBA Johari Awards 2024, an esteemed event seeking to recognize and celebrate excellence in the insurance and asset finance sectors.

This year’s theme is Spotlighting Excellence and will fete top performers who have made key contributions in Insurance Premium Finance (IPF), Leasing, and Asset Finance throughout 2024.

NCBA will tour Mombasa, Kisii, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Meru, Thika, and end in Nairobi appreciating dealers, agents, and firms driving business while upholding its quality and innovation values.

During the grand finale in Nairobi will honour the top awardees across the country.

2. Highest Number of Referrals – Acknowledges intermediaries with the highest number of IPF applications.

3. Individual Agents – Honors top individual agents for their IPF business.

4. Registered Agencies – Celebrates agencies booking the highest IPF business.

5. Silver Category – Brokers under the silver category with the highest IPF business.

6. Gold Category – Brokers under the gold category with the highest IPF business.

7. Top Bancassurance Sales – Recognizes top bancassurance sales agents.

Similarly, the Leasing & Asset Finance Awards has been split into the following categories:

1. Top Leasing Supporters – Honors dealer staff supporting NCBA Leasing.

2. Top Asset Finance Business - Construction Equipment – Recognizes the highest referrals in construction equipment.

3. Top Asset Finance Sales Application Count - Used Units – Highlights dealers with the most used unit applications.

4. Top Asset Finance Sales Representatives - Used Units – Celebrates representatives with the highest used unit referrals.

5. Asset Finance Business - Used Units – Honors top dealers with the highest referrals for used units.

6. Longest Serving Sales Representatives – Recognizes the longest-serving male and female representatives.

7. Top Dealer - Asset Finance Sales - New Units – Celebrates dealers with the highest new unit sales.

8. Top Asset Finance Sales Representatives - New Units (Per Dealer & Overall) – Recognizes representatives with the highest new unit referrals at their dealerships and overall.
