Samsung Electronics East Africa Limited, in partnership with Galaxy Mobile, has announced the opening of a new Brand Store at the recently unveiled Shujaa Mall in Kilimani, Nairobi.

This latest addition reinforces Samsung's commitment to strengthening its presence in East Africa by providing customers with access to its newest innovations in mobile devices and consumer electronics.

The Shujaa Mall outlet, owned by Galaxy Mobile, is set to build upon the success of other established Brand Stores in the region, such as Jaicom in Nairobi, Kenya, and Trans Tell in Kampala, Uganda.

It serves as a key milestone in Samsung’s vision for a seamlessly connected lifestyle, showcasing how the Internet of Things (IoT) can enhance everyday living.

The store offers consumers the chance to explore a wide array of Samsung products, providing a hands-on experience of how various devices such as smartphones, TVs, sound systems, and home appliances can work together in an interconnected ecosystem.

Whether it’s syncing a smartphone to the latest Neo QLED TVs for an immersive viewing experience or integrating soundbars and kitchen appliances for a smarter home setup, the store highlights Samsung’s focus on enabling a connected, tech-driven lifestyle.

Anthony Hutia, Head of the Mobile Experience Division at Samsung Electronics East Africa, noted the importance of this expansion, stating, “Samsung’s strategy is to deepen market penetration by seamlessly integrating our cutting-edge products into the hands of consumers. It underscores our unwavering belief in technology’s transformative power.

”He further added, “Our mission is to empower customers with technology that not only simplifies their lives but also enriches and inspires them toward greater possibilities.”

The Shujaa Mall Brand Store is designed as a "connected space" where customers can receive personalised support and explore Samsung’s diverse range of products.

This approach mirrors Samsung's global strategy of creating interactive and consumer-centric environments, as seen in regions like Singapore, where its Experience Stores have redefined in-store shopping.

To mark the store’s grand opening, Galaxy Mobile is offering an exclusive promotion to customers who spend over $200 (approximately Sh26,400).

These customers will receive a complimentary Galaxy Fit3, a fitness tracker designed to integrate effortlessly with Samsung devices, supporting users in achieving their health and wellness goals.

This launch follows the recent unveiling of Samsung’s latest premium products, including the sixth-generation Flip and Fold phones, as well as the 2024 Neo QLED TV and soundbar series.

The new store is a testament to Samsung’s ongoing leadership in the Kenyan market, reflecting its dedication to making state-of-the-art technology accessible to all while driving innovation in the region.

With this strategic expansion, Samsung continues to bring the future of mobile innovation directly to local communities, reinforcing its reputation for delivering cutting-edge products that cater to modern, connected lifestyles.
