Bolt has been feted as the "Best Ride-Hailing Platform, East Africa 2024" by the Global Brands Magazine for its contribution to the transportation in the East African region.
The award was given to Bolt to recognise the company’s pledge to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in providing seamless transportation solutions in the region.
The magazine says it bestowed the accolade on Bolt to acknowledge its service quality, technological advancement, and impactful contributions to the regional transport sector.
London-based Global Brands Magazine (GBM) is among the largest global brand publishing companies and is famous for its rigorous evaluation process in assessing industry leaders.
GBM normally establishes a series of awards in recognition of outstanding companies among the industry leaders who demonstrate exceptional service and unique vision.

In the awards created to honour multi-sectoral excellence in performance, nominees underwent rigorous research and evaluation through the use of an external research team.
Bolt Country Manager Linda Ndungu expressed the Estonian ride-hailing company’s commitment to continue driving its mission to redefine mobility in the East African region.
