Business magnate Jaswant Singh Rai, the Chairman of Kabras Sugar and the Rai Group of Companies has taken a surprising turn in the ongoing legal battle over the management of the Mumias Sugar Company (MSC) by withdrawing all pending applications at the Court of Appeal.
